As you all know, a couple of months ago I decided to start cooking in cast iron. We got rid of our non-stick cookware and bought some cast iron skillets. I also bought a couple of cast iron dutch ovens to cook while camping. While looking at the camp ovens, I noticed Rome’s Chuckwagon Waffle Iron.
